Congress Partners

Granting Organizations

Granting organizations provide financial support of the Congress and enable the Congress to provide an enhanced attendee experience at an affordable price.  The grantor organization’s logos will be prominently displayed on the conference web site, publications, and at the podium of the main auditorium.

Participating Organizations

The Consortium of Academic Health Centers for Integrative Medicine invite academic and professional groups to join the Congress as a Participating Organization.  Participating Organizations are organizations with goals and objectives aligned with those of the Consortium and the Congress. The decision to contract with a Participating Organization is a peer-review process carried out by the Conference Organizing Committee.  Participating Organizations agree to promote to its membership the Call for Abstracts and Call for Sessions, and other conference-related information.  The name and logos of all Participating Organizations will be displayed on the meeting website, advertising, and all publications relating to the conference. The Consortium will provide a table in the Poster Session hall from May 15-18, 2012, for use by the Participating Organizations to promote their work and membership to our Congress attendees.  Exhibits are restricted to Participating Organizations and related Publishers and Funding Agencies. No commercial (for-profit) exhibitors will be accepted. Each Participating Organization is encouraged to take advantage of the Call for Sessions by proposing a sponsored scientific workshop or symposium to be part of the scheduled program.  Any Participating Organization is invited to consider sponsoring a satellite event for its membership and the wider audience either a day before or after the conference (May 14 or May 19) or during meals on any day. The deadline to submit a satellite session application is Thursday, September 1.  Our meeting planner will be happy to assist in arranging your meeting with hotel catering. The Participating Organization will be responsible for all expenses of these meetings but is welcome to charge a separate fee where appropriate.
